The staff were faultless, the location spectacular and the room freshly renovated. I got free upgrade and loved it. Had lots of options for breakfast, it was AWESOME. Simply no complaints, such wonderful stay.

Views appeared to be not very good.

this hotel was handy with very cute decor. the personnel were useful. incredible view, a nice balcony, comfy bed, too. great food as for continental breakfast. highly convenient location, near auckland art gallery toi o tamaki.
